Fastest: from inside the app

What gets deleted

• Every photo you added to the app, from the device.
• The face-recognition data (face embeddings) and the names you attached to them. These are kept on the device only and are never sent to a server.
• Game progress, trophies and preferences.
• Characters that were created — the copy on the device and the one on our server.
• Your account itself, if you created one (via "Delete the account" on the account screen).

Deleting without the app

If you have uninstalled the app and want us to erase what is stored on our server, email dimrihezi@gmail.com from — or quoting — the address you signed up with. We will delete the account, its characters and their files, and confirm back to you. Requests are handled within 30 days.

Note that photos kept only on your device never reach us in the first place, so uninstalling the app already removes them.

Partial deletion — without deleting your account

You can ask us to delete some of your data without closing your account. Email dimrihezi@gmail.com and say what you want removed:

• Photos and video — the photos you added to the app, and the face data derived from them.
• Activity history — game progress, trophies and statistics.
• Generated characters — without touching the rest of the account.
• Transaction history — the purchase records we hold. The purchase record inside Google Play itself belongs to Google, not to us, and is not deleted from here.

All of these can also be deleted immediately from inside the app: Grown-ups → Delete my data.
